For the Syrup: Place every ingredients inside a saucepan, heat until it reaches a simmer, stirring so the sugar melts. Then, take off the heat and leave to cool down fully. Transfer into an sealable bottle, seal and store in the refrigerator, it can be stored for around four weeks.

For the Premix: Pour the specified spirits and syrup into one big jug, leave to sit for 60 minutes, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, so it's fully clarified.

To serve: Pour 85ml of the premix to a stirring glass containing ice, and stir gently for a minute until cold. Pour to a chilled martini glass or a similar vessel, decorate with the cranberries and complete it using a quick spritz of the essential oil over the drink.
